| Summary Tired of being told women won't date him because he's just a shrub, Bushroot tries to grow a wife for himself, and accidentally creates a vampire potato. Darkwing and Launchpad track Bushroot into the country, where a strange truck driver named Duane tells them about the giant potato. Darkwing thinks Duane is just crazy, but when a bunch of locals at the diner think Darkwing is the vampire and try to kill him, Darkwing has to prove he isn't one. Trying to return his friend Spike to his normal size (having been shrunk by Bushroot's fertilizer), Bushroot steals some powerful fertilizer that will "either cause plants to grow to tremendous size or kill them instantly". Obviously, Spike is a little hesitant about taking the stuff, so Bushroot tests it on a harmless daisy. The daisy becomes "a regular Arnold Oleander" and Bushroot's newest friend.
