3/4 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 squares (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Mix margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla; stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Chill. Divide dough in half. Blend in 2 squares
unsweetened chocolate in half of the dough. Chill. Roll remaining dough into 12x9" rectangle; roll chocolate dough the same size; lay on top of white dough. Roll together until it is 3/16" thick. Roll up
tightly beginning at widest side. Chill. Cut into 1/8" slices. Bake 8-10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
