French Silk Pie
1 cup sugar 3/4 cup butter 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs 1 chocolate cookie pie shell
1/2 cup whipping cream 2 Tbs creme de cacao
Beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Sitr in chocolate and vanilla. Add the eggs, beating well. Put chocolate
mixture into pie shell. Cover and shipp 4-24 hours.
Beat whipping cream and creme de cacao until soft peaks form. Garnish pie with whipped cream.
