Fudge Brownie

Fudge Brownie Pie with Fudge Sauce

Pie:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Fudge Sauce:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
5 oz. evaporated milk
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Pie: Beat eggs, blend in sugar and margarine. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt; add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour into lightly greased 8-inch pie pan, bake 25-30 minutes. Serve topped with ice cream and fudge sauce.

Fudge Sauce: Combine sugar and cocoa in small saucepan; blend in evaporated milk and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
