Part Six
Location: Inside Castle Kyrandia.
Objective:
Find the Royal Scepter
Find the Royal Crown
Enter the Chamber of the Kyragem
Defeat Malcolm

enter the Castle, Malcolm will welcome you
walk upstairs to the Grand Balcony
walk left one screen

***Fun thing to do***
SAVE YOUR GAME FIRST!!!!!
try to get past Hermann without healing him
Brandon will be cut in half and die
reload your saved game

walk up one screen
walk left one screen to meet Hermann
use the yellow amulet gem on Hermann

walk left one screen to Mother's Bedroom
pick up the mallet
play DO FA MI RE (green, white, gold, blue)
green white yellow purple
take the Gold Key from the safe behind the painting
walk right one screen
walk down one screen
walk right one screen

You can investigate the other bedrooms upstairs,
but you don't need anything from them to finish the game
Brynn's Bedroom

Darm's Bedroom

go downstairs to the Castle Entry Hall

walk right one screen
walk up two screens
walk right one screen to Kitchen
take the Royal Scepter in the Barrel on right side of the screen

walk left three screens to the Small Study
click on the books to determine what letter the titles start with
pull out books which start with the letters 'O', 'P', 'E', 'N'
take the Royal Crown
click on fireplace to turn it to gain entrance to the catacombs

walk left two screens
walk up one screen
walk left one screen
walk up two screens
walk right one screen to Force Field

click the the blue amulet gem
walk up one screen
walk left one screen
use stone on floor
take Gold Key

walk right one screen
walk down one screen
walk left one screen
walk down two screens
walk right two screens
walk down one screen
walk right one screen
walk down one screen to the Study
walk right one screen to Great Hall

You should have all of your amulet gems activated,
and should have the following in inventory: Royal Scepter, Royal Crown, Royal Chalice, two Gold Keys
use the keys on the Double Doors at the far end of the Hall
walk up one screen to the Royal Foyer

This is a really good time to SAVE YOUR GAME!!!
After you place the Royal items, you will not be able to save the game.

place the Royal items as follows:
Left: Royal Scepter
Middle: Royal Crown
Right: Royal Chalice

You have opened the Chamber of the Kyragem

***Fun thing to do***
If you don't use the red amulet gem,
Malcolm will turn Brandon to stone
and you lose the game
reload your saved game

The door opens and Malcolm talks to you
walk right one screen
click the Red amulet gem immediately to become invisible
go stand in front of the mirror
Malcolm enters and turns himself into stone

You have now saved Kingdom of Kyrandia
and restored the Kyragem

Brandon returns to the treehouse

Things that don't seem to have a use
Rainbowstone	Hourglass	Fish	Ankh

However, I have been told that if you take the rainbowstone, and use it on the spring of water near Zanthia's hut, you will receive a statuette of a mini-unicorn. (Thanks, Richard!!!)
